Fast forward to a few months later. I contact Greg and tell him my husband and I need a car ASAP and I'm 10 months pregnant. Excellent Buying Experience with Greg! I bought my first RAV4 at Frankfort Toyota, so I started my second car buying experience by doing some online research and mentioning Greg in the ques I bought my first RAV4 at Frankfort Toyota, so I started my second car buying experience by doing some online research and mentioning Greg in the questionaire. He contacted me first thing the following morning to work out all the logistics. We texted and had phone conversations about what I wanted/didn’t want, what worked and didn’t work, until he finally found the perfect car for me. By the time I actually came to the dealership, I didn’t even need to test drive my new RAV4 to know it was the car for me! I spent maybe an hour at the dealership before I was driving off in my brand new car! Of course, before Greg could let me leave, he helped set up my phone to connect automatically via Bluetooth and showed me how to operate and navigate through all my new features. I had an excellent buying experience! More
