He answered all our questions. We came in for a test drive and to compare the Highlander XLE to the Limited. We didn't intend to buy just yet, but Greg wasn't pushy. He gave us his card and encouraged us to call or text if we had any questions. The day we came in to purchase, Greg was already with another customer. He closed two deals at once! He was amazing! He was able to complete our sale and another without every making us feel unimportant. I couldn't have asked for a better experience buying a vehicle.
