Great used car purchase experience. This was a long distance deal as we reside over 300 miles away from the dealership. Greg gave us a very detailed description of the car over the phone and email and distance deal as we reside over 300 miles away from the dealership. Greg gave us a very detailed description of the car over the phone and email and it was as described when we arrived to inspect and subsequently purchase the car. All of the paperwork was in order and he even mailed us the maintenance history afterwards as it was misplaced when the vehicle was picked up. So far we are very pleased with the car and looking forward to many years with traveling with the top down. Kim & Don More

We drove 3 hours to look and drive a vehicle Glenn Toyota had on their lot. Greg Woods was our salesman. He was very informative and helpful. I gave this dealership the best ratings possible across the board, because I liked how the salesman, Greg Woods, was not at all pushy. Greg was excellent and very informative about the car I bought. He was great at following up with us and checking to see if we had sold our other car, and were ready to make a purchase. I was very impressed at how he sat down in the car with me and went over the features of the car before I left the dealership. I have had several new cars in the past, and have never had a salesman sit down with me and go over the car like he did. The process was so easy and smooth. The Toyota dealership was immaculate. I was impressed with how clean it was. I like the customer waiting area also and the chairs and TVs for customers to enjoy while waiting for service on their vehicle. I would highly recommend Greg and this dealership in the future, and would call him in the future if I was interested in purchasing another Toyota vehicle. More
