All of the paperwork was in order and he even mailed us the maintenance history afterwards as it was misplaced when the vehicle was picked up. I was very impressed at how he sat down in the car with me and went over the features of the car before I left the dealership. I have had several new cars in the past, and have never had a salesman sit down with me and go over the car like he did. The process was so easy and smooth. The Toyota dealership was immaculate. I was impressed with how clean it was. I like the customer waiting area also and the chairs and TVs for customers to enjoy while waiting for service on their vehicle. I would highly recommend Greg and this dealership in the future, and would call him in the future if I was interested in purchasing another Toyota vehicle. More
