Great car shopping experience. I normally hate dealing with car dealers. I will not deal with the Toyota dealer that is 5 miles from my house in Paducah KY which is Mike Smith Toyot I normally hate dealing with car dealers. I will not deal with the Toyota dealer that is 5 miles from my house in Paducah KY which is Mike Smith Toyota. I have tried to deal with him on 4 previous vehicles and he wanted to steal my vehicles but wanted premium dollar for his. I will not step foot on Mike Smith Toyota property again. This is the reason I drove 4 hours to Frankfort KY to deal with Glenn Toyota. Greg wood from Glenn Toyota contacted me a couple of weeks ago as a follow up call I had made about 6 months ago to see if a lease vehicle would possibly benefit my driving habits. I was not in the market for a new vehicle but Greg was extremely friendly and helpful to my decision on purchasing a new vehicle. I felt Greg was upfront and absolutely no hidden fees or tricks with the purchase of my new Camry. This is my 5th new car in 11 years and I can honestly say I have never felt better about buying a car then I do now with dealing with Greg Wood and Glenn Toyota. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new car. Great to deal with and I love my new car. More
