All of the paperwork was in order and he even mailed us the maintenance history afterwards as it was misplaced when the vehicle was picked up. I have had several new cars in the past, and have never had a salesman sit down with me and go over the car like he did. The process was so easy and smooth. The Toyota dealership was immaculate. I was impressed with how clean it was. I like the customer waiting area also and the chairs and TVs for customers to enjoy while waiting for service on their vehicle.
