With the inflation rate going up daily, and the prices
going through the roof we knew that we were going to be challenged to the max trying to turn in our existing lease and securing another one.

We knew there was only ONE dealership we trusted to help us!
We reached out AGAIN to Lou Cerrato and Lou Buttone over at Lester Glenn.
These Gentleman are so patient and kind, it’s like dealing with family! As a matter of fact, this is our THIRD lease with Lester Glenn and both Lou’s .
Our journey began with a test ride. Lou took us out and explained EVERY amenity the car possessed. He took his time and answered all our questions.
Next was the hard part- Lou going to Greg (the manager) and trying to hammer out our deal. Believe me it wasn’t an easy task, but they managed to put together a deal that was good for both the dealership and us!
Greg was very kind and walked us through the financing explaining
everything we were signing.
I am so very satisfied with every aspect of our deal and I would recommend this dealership and Lou for your auto needs!

The management team is very well aware of this situation however that does not negate the fact that it was handled poorly from the beginning. I expressed my concern with the vehicle being at MAACO and was told that I was “over exaggerating”. Again as I stated previously, I wasn’t even told where my truck was, the GPS in my vehicle alerted me that it was at MAACO. Guess what, I received my. truck back today and even the GM is disappointed in how it came out. The bumper does not match the vehicle color and there are drip marks and orange peel all through the paint job. It is extremely disappointing to have to deal with this when I am the one making payments on a vehicle. The GM ordered a brand new upper and lower bumper and will now be sending my truck out AGAIN once it arrives. I am the one inconvenienced because the dealer from the beginning choose the cheap route. It’s frustrating beyond belief. I have attempted to get into a new vehicle but even that seems impossible. So really, I am the one losing here. Really sad.
Friendly Courteous salespeople and atmosphere.
Dealing with Lou Cerrato was fun and informative, he’s a real gentleman. Looking forward to seeing him again on my scheduled services.

Typically in these scenarios, the dealership performing the work on your vehicle should continue working with the General Motors team to receive an answer on any request for reimbursement, including your request for a monthly lease payment to be made. It is not typical that the dealership performing the work and requesting any good-will stops at a certain point without providing a final answer and directs you to another dealership, as in these situations the customer is usually referred by General Motors to go back to the dealership in which the work was being performed. This is the message that should have been relayed to you and how it should have been relayed to you. We apologize for any miscommunication or perceived tonality of such conversations as that absolutely is not the level of experience we strive to provide our customers. Our General Manager is aware of your concerns and looking into this matter immediately. The representative from General Motors that would be our contact for such matters is currently on vacation. I called Lou and told him what I’m looking for is another GMC Terrain. Certified pre-owned. He had one that might fit my needs. It wasn’t exactly what I wanted however, Lou went above and beyond to get me what I wanted. It was flawless!
