I remember some horrendous experiences with NJ car dealerships. Buying the 2020 Buick Encore GX Select at Delray Buick GMC was an efficient, pleasurable, and calm car-buying experience with no high-pressure sales tactics. Gregory Hathhorn, the salesman, promised "no surprises" early on in the rather fast three-day process from initial contact to car delivery, and he kept his word. The way he walked both myself and my wife through the Encore's finer points was superb. Jordan Schear, the sales manager, was receptive and accommodating to all financing questions we had and came up a bit on our trade-in and other discounts to arrive at the payment I said I wanted. I'll certainly consider going back to Delray Buick GMC for our future car-buying needs. More

Adequately knowledgable on a used vehicle not of the dealer's brand (Buick)/GMC). Gregg was straightforward in pricing the truck. Pat in finance is very knowledgable and though he was persisent in explaining the benefits of the various add ons (many of which I wanted before I met with him) he was not pushy. Overall I am very pleased with the experience and I have a high degree of confidence that the car that I purchased. More

Not sure if its related to Covid-19 but the showroom and offices were immaculate. Was pleased that we began negotiations with upfront out-the-door pricing with a listing of taxes & fees as well as finance options. Really cut through a lot of typical dealer BS. We had initially dealt with Light house point Buick/GMC but took the drive up here after they became stubborn. I would buy again here based on this visit, and intend to use the free car washed for life offered with my purchase. More
