I was blatantly lied to. I was told that I had to have the car "certified", buy the warranty, to get financed. I took the young lady's word for it as I have poor credit. Reading through the finance contract, I see this - OPTIONAL SERVICE CONTRACTS You are not required to buy a service contract to obtain credit. Your choice of service contract providers for any service contracts you buy will not affect our decision to sell or extend credit to you This makes me wonder if I was not told the truth about anything else. What brought me into your dealership on saturday was an email that I received that same day stating that the car had been reduced by another $1047 for a price of $22445. That turned out to be very misleading. Overall, not a good experience. More

Professional throughout the process. Upon meeting the salesman, he asked if we had a specific vehicle in mind. We showed him an ad with a stock number. He leaves a returns with car. It looks good floor mats in plastic in the back seat. We’re directed to a different car. We’re handed the keys… good night. There was no intro to the car or features. No floor mats. I had to return the next day (30 miles). I had to pull over when I realized the headlights weren’t on. I haven’t had an American vehicle in a long time. I found the light switch on the dash. Pressure was 10 psi low on one tire. Front bumper cover was missing a bracket. These things were addressed over the next few days. Also, I understand most dealers in this area add a dealer prep fee. But the required $3000 appearance package is excessive.. More

A considerable amount of miscommunication between seller, sales manager, finance dept. I was at the dealer from 11:30 am to 4:30 pm. At that time, I left a down-payment check for 6k and went to get,dinner Ca sales manager, finance dept. I was at the dealer from 11:30 am to 4:30 pm. At that time, I left a down-payment check for 6k and went to get,dinner Came back at 6pm to give time for paperwork. When I came back, I was met with additional miscommunication. Finally sat down with Mitra from finance, who insisted on selling things I was absolutely not interested in. Became so exhausted from the incredibly loud music in the lobby, the miscommunication, and the waiting around that I got blurry vision and I had a terrible Migraine. After repeated failed requests to have the loud music lowered I decided to to stop everything and go home. I am a Marine combat veteran, who suffers from PTSD, migraines and episodes of high anxiety, My vision is sensitive to bright lights and I suffer from Tinnitis, so my hearing is sensitive to loud sounds. The loud music made it extremely difficult for me to concentrate on making a deal, or listening to Greg. It was made very clear that the managers at this dealer have zero respect, and lack consideration for combat veterans and our medical issues and needs. I made it very clear to Greg that the loud music was affecting my anxiety in a very negative way. The music was never lowered during those almost 8 hours I spent at the dealer, so I decided it was enough. Stopped everything at around 7:30 pm and went home. Came back the next day to finish the deal and observed the music volume was at a decent level. This is my 5th Challenger purchase in the past 15 years. Never had such a negative experience. Will not be coming back to purchase a vehicle here. More
