Great Car Buying Experiences I purchased a 2007 Mercedes, loved it, still have it. When the time came to purchase a car for my 16 year old daughter, I called Greg and he said, "C I purchased a 2007 Mercedes, loved it, still have it. When the time came to purchase a car for my 16 year old daughter, I called Greg and he said, "Come on up, we'll drive some cars." After driving a few cars, I chose a BMW 328i. This was a Saturday and by Tuesday the car was delivered to my driveway in Cincinnati. The only glitch with this purchase was the second key was mis-placed but Greg made certain that a second key was ordered for the car. They were quick to help us and serve our needs before we ever even made it to the lot. We were treated with the utmost respect and dignity, no different than anyone else who walked into the building. We drove 9 hours to buy from this lot because the quality of service they were offering. We were able to negotiate price before leaving our house, and we were able to test drive, sign, and drive with no problems! Adrian in the finance department was very personable and attentive to our needs. He reviewed all details with us and explained everything before we signed our paperwork. All team members were upfront with everything and never made any attempt to conceal anything. We even received a phone call, from Greg, after our purchase to make sure we arrived home safely and our travel was successful. We could not have asked for a better experience! More

He worked with me to obtain the best deal possible and never pressured me into buying anything I didnt want. He was efficient and completed my paperwork in a timely fashion. Surely Justin is busy and has a ton of responsibity but He shook my hand and introduced himself to me. He congratulated me on my purchase and made time to talk about my car and the options. These three guys were all great to work with and now have me as a lifetime customer! I work for one of the largest companies in Columbus and will share my extremely positive experience with my co workers. I also met Mike in passing and he inquired about my purchase. Trust that begins where Carfax ends I bought an 04' 996tt from Greg @ The Toy Barn not because of price (his was competitive, yet not the best) nor convenience (4 hour drive from home... I bought an 04' 996tt from Greg @ The Toy Barn not because of price (his was competitive, yet not the best) nor convenience (4 hour drive from home...and I'm fine with shipping cars across the country). I decided to buy from ToyBarn based on the elite cars and services they offer. Period. Compare another classic/sports car with 2,3, etc owners and what's the biggest risk? You have absolutely no idea what condition the car is REALLY in...and Carfax will only alert you to the DefCon 1 accidents. Go with a dealer where there are multiple $400,000 cars on the lot, where they are an authorized Dynan/APR/Alpina/Cobb shop and where they handle $40,000 upgrades 10x per week. Because that dealership isn't going to sell a car that is anything but flawless. Why piss off a customer who is likely to buy another few cars from them in the future? Greg is a pro, and their whole operation is efficient. Don't try and save 5% by going with another similar year/make/model at a dealership selling a few M3'sl, 911's and C63's and the rest of the lot has a bunch of Toyotas. TjD More
