1st Time Purchase at Toy Barn I have been researching the Audi A8L for over 3 years. I first found Toy Barn while surfing the net for a good used, low mileage, 2014 Audi A8L TDI. O I have been researching the Audi A8L for over 3 years. I first found Toy Barn while surfing the net for a good used, low mileage, 2014 Audi A8L TDI. One such vehicle in their inventory matched what I had been looking for in options, equipment, and miles on the vehicle. After spending several days thinking about it, I called the Toy Barn to see if they still had it. The next day, I drove about 110 miles to take a closer look at it, and take a test drive. The salesman that helped me was named Frank. I was very impressed with Frank's knowledge about the Audi. I felt no pressure to buy from Frank. It felt more like a friendly conversation with an ex-classmate. After a good faith deposit on it, and a few days thinking about it, I decided to go forward with the purchase. Frank had the car filled with fuel, completely detailed, and ready to go when I got there to pick it up. Frank also gave me a free Toy Barn hat, and shirt. Since the purchase, I have driven about 450 miles in my Audi, and am totally pleased with my purchase. Each time I drive it, I learn something new about the capabilities that it has. I have called Frank a couple times with questions about the options on the car, and each time he has helped me to figure out what I was having trouble with learning. He did so calmly, and intelligently, explaining anything I asked about. I was left with a feeling of being a part of the Toy Barn family. Not just a customer. In fact, I liked the hat, and shirt so much, I decided to drive back there again the next week, just pick up a couple more of their hats, and shirts. After this purchase, and subsequent contacts with them, I don't mind doing a little more advertising for the Toy Barn at all, and when I get ready to buy another vehicle, I will definitely see what the Toy Barn has in their inventory before I make any decisions going forward. The Toy Barn is a quality dealer, offering high quality vehicles at a fair price. More

I, however, was looking for a specific used car and they happened to have a trade in Audi A5 used. It was MINT. 2009, low miles, fully loaded--clean. Price was perfect, they went above and beyond for financing and treated me the same as one of their Porsche purchasers. Greg McDevitt delivered exactly what he promised and their finance Director, Adrian Crabtree finagled financing for me with which I was exceptionally please. The entire staff at The Toy Barn took the extra time to make sure thatvi was comfortable with deal. I had found a comparable car in Atlanta but it seemed like they could take my businese or leave it.
