Thanks to Alexandra Pereira, acquiring my 2nd - my family’s 4th! - MINI was, yet again, a most wonderfully enjoyable experience. Alex is the model of what a Motoring Advisor should be; knowledgable, helpful, professional and oh-so-sweet! Ask a question, she either has the answer, or tells you she doesn’t and researches and finds it. Her enthusiasm and love for the brand is not just obvious in how her eyes sparkle when she talks about MINIs, but her almost encyclopedic knowledge shows just how much she truly appreciates all that is MINI! Please make it a point to request her as your next Motoring Advisor when you look for YOUR next MINI! Honorable mention goes to Gregory Louvat for solving a minor technical issue, and of course to V for helping to breeze through the gang of paperwork that’s always the part of getting a new car we all dread. I’ve been through dozens of dealerships in my lifetime and have never experienced such a smooth process. Most importantly, I never felt like I was being force fed anything, be it the vehicle, options, pr and have never experienced such a smooth process.
