Needed a used car. Saw a used car with lots of miles for $8,213, then of course they tack on so many fees. They told me my bank would not finance me Navy Federal because of miles on vehicle. They used west lake financial charged a very high interest rate which I guess the dealer receives a portion of! Even though they can give you a lower rate ! My credit score is 730!! I Was charged a service contract fee of $3000. The car has so many problems and check engine light. Very dissatisfied asked to have them email me my contract 3 days later nothing but excuses! The Finance Guy rushes you through the process and at the end paying almost double with financing and they tack on my down payment as part of the charge? the car is only worth $5-$6 grand !! What a rip off very dissatisfied with the service and quality of used car I was sold. I would not recommend this place!!! More
