Great experience leasing a Volvo XC 40 Claudia was a fantastic salesperson. I called on a Sunday afternoon for a price quote for an XC 40 model that they did not have in stock. Claudia cal Claudia was a fantastic salesperson. I called on a Sunday afternoon for a price quote for an XC 40 model that they did not have in stock. Claudia called me back within a half hour with a price quote and and estimated time that it would take to get the vehicle in stock. I asked her for a price quote on another XC 40 that was listed on the website, and she provided me another price quote on that model within another half hour. We made arrangements for me to see the car on Monday evening. Claudia was in constant contact, letting me know what forms I could fill out before coming in, what documents to scan to her, and what information she needed. She worked through all issues regarding financing and had the car clean and ready for me to see when I arrived Monday evening. Claudia took the time to let me test drive the car and showed me how to use the car's features and answered all questions. I ended up leasing the car that evening and was able to drive it off the lot that night. The entire process was very quick and efficient and Claudia was an excellent salesperson. More
