Extremely bad experience – Unprofessional, misleading, and terrible quality ​I bought two trucks from Chevrolet of Coconut Creek in a very short period, and the experience couldn't have been worse: ​Poo and terrible quality ​I bought two trucks from Chevrolet of Coconut Creek in a very short period, and the experience couldn't have been worse: ​Poor Vehicle Quality: I purchased a brand-new Silverado 1500 LT Z71 Trail Boss. Just 7 days later, the transmission completely blew up. All the oil leaked out underneath, and the truck was totally rendered useless. I had to have it towed back. ​False Promises in Finance: The manager (Guillermo) assured me he would help me transfer into a similar truck (a 5.3 RST Texas Edition) and that my monthly payment would remain the same. I agreed based on what he showed me on his computer, but when I got to finance, they jacked up the price and raised my payment. Needing a vehicle, I reluctantly accepted and signed all the paperwork. ​Deceptive Tactics & Selling a Non-Existent Vehicle: They told me the truck was coming from another dealership the next day. However, when I went to pick it up, the manager admitted the truck had actually been sold to someone else two days prior. They literally sold me a vehicle they didn't have, just to lock me into the financing contract and later force me into a different car. ​This practice completely broke the contract and my trust. I demanded an immediate cancellation of everything. They use deceptive practices and do not honor what they discuss. ​The only positive note was the salesman, Nelson, who was very attentive, polite, and did a great job. The entire issue lies with management and their dishonest sales tactics. ​DO NOT buy from this dealership. Be very careful. More

As much as I would love to give them a 5 star review, I simply cannot. My sales person and everybody there were certainly nice. The vehicle I chose, a 2023 Jeep Gladiator, was every bit as nice as advert simply cannot. My sales person and everybody there were certainly nice. The vehicle I chose, a 2023 Jeep Gladiator, was every bit as nice as advertised which was at a seemingly great price. The loss of 3 stars comes from the $3000 total xx they added on to the price once we got down to brass tacks. I saw on the website the $1299 "Pre-Delivery Prep Fee" and the $299 Document fee. So I was expecting that and even agree with paying it. But frankly, the over 10% additional cost ticked me off. I thought long and hard about not buying it at all at that point. I probably should have walked out. However, I had a buddy of mine with me whom I trust when it comes to cars and he said I would probably not find a cleaner Gladiator anywhere. And even though I went through with the deal, part of me wishes I didn't simply because of their deceptive pricing practices. I don't want to leave a 1-star review because it's not like the dealership was a total dump and the people were certainly nice while reaching into my wallet. Keep this in mind when buying from them. They are not total xxxxxxxx but pretty close in my book. More
