As a recent college grad and first time buyer, other dealerships pushed me aside and didn’t take the time to try to work things out with me. Instead they deterred me from getting what I wanted. At Bill Stasek, it was the complete opposite! Dean greeted me before I even got to the door! I showed him what I was looking for and after finding out it was manual, he went above and beyond to find next best and still affordable without me asking. Something the other dealers did not do. We accepted, and in addition to it we chose extended tire services and undercoating that will prevent the surprise flat tire at all times or days.
