So the vehicle was priced fairly, but it took a lot of haggling to get anywhere NEAR a price we were comfortable with paying. These guys know how to haggle. The sales people were all super professional and polite, even when I started being....problematic. My wife LOVED the van. She WANTED the van. But I had a hard budget. Eventually we all compromised and I think we got a more than fair deal while they still made a profit. Win-win. The financing took a pretty long time, but they were busy (I think there were two other people there purchasing before us). By the end of the night (we wound up being there for like six or seven hours start to finish) we were grumpy, and the poor finance officer was grumpy. But he smoothed us out by the end of signing, and again, I was a TOTAL pain (I comb the whole contract, every page), but he was polite, if a tad brisqu. By the end we were all smiling and joking, and it ended on a high note. My only criticism would be get that poor finance officer some help! Minus one star for the crazy financing wait, but not any of the staffs fault at all. I would recommend buying here, and I will go back for my next vehicle. More
