AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! From sales, to finance, to parts and service they are all awful! The absolute worst vehicle purchasing experience I have EVER had! We had made a deal over the phone, I asked if money down was required to hold it and they said no. After a 3.5 hour drive they called when were three minutes to say it had sold. We have gave them opportunity to make it right and bought a different truck. They sold us a completely wrecked truck that was barely tacked back together. Their “Vanguard reconditioning“ is an extra $1,500 required fee for them to inspect the vehicle and make sure it’s ready to sell. They absolutely did not do that. The day after we purchased the vehicle parts of the grill flew off while going down the road causing damage to the hood. After further inspection we have found there is significant previous damage to the front end of the vehicle. We have called numerous times asking how they are going to resolve this and they have done absolutely nothing! I have taken to writing reviews in hope they will right their wrongs when called out publicly. More
