Gunter Reichert is my sales person when I arrived to see him Friday morning he was waiting on me @ 8:30 a.m. Gunter completed the deal and the paper work for me before I arrived, he texted me the next day asking me if I was happy with my car and if I needed anything to call him. Also, the finance manager, Lee Andreica was very helpful and nice, he worked hard to get me a deal on financing the vehicle. Good job guys to the best dealership! More

Great salesman -- great dealership! One of the things I appreciated most about my experience was that the transaction did not start with haggling over the sticker price. Clearly that is One of the things I appreciated most about my experience was that the transaction did not start with haggling over the sticker price. Clearly that is not an appropriate starting point. The first offer made by the dealership was fair and reasonable. I countered with an offer and then the dealership gave me a second price and we were done. It is important for the seller not to make a big production out of the negotiations. Most intelligent and informed people, i.e. normal Audi customers, can reach a compromise quickly without grandstanding etc. The salesman was critical to my decision to purchase an Audi and at the Audi Atlanta dealership. He was exceptionally courteous, knowledgeable, very responsive to emails and phone calls and stayed on top of all details through my purchase. He listened to me, respected my level of knowledge about the Audi vehicles and quickly got me behind the wheel which is what sold me on the car. More

Best New car buying experience I've ever had From start to finish, couldn't be happier. 90 percent of everything was done over the phone since I live out of town and knew what we were going to bu From start to finish, couldn't be happier. 90 percent of everything was done over the phone since I live out of town and knew what we were going to buy. During the process, my parents decided to purchase a new Allroad as well. I worked with Gunter the whole time, told him what we wanted, and from there he took care of everything. The only hiccup was the car I wanted, ended up selling the day we decided that's the one I wanted. He quickly started searching and within an hour, found another car in another state, let me know, I agreed, and he got it to the dealer down there quickly. Upon my arrival to pay for both cars, he was extremely, helpful, welcoming, and overall, a very stand up person. He spent time with me, showing me the ins and outs of the cars, making sure I was happy, etc. Never once, in person or on the phone did he give me a sales pitch. I've always been happy dealing with this particular Audi dealership, but after dealing with Gunter for roughly 10 days, I'll continue to use them for parts, service, and definitely Gunter when the time comes for another car. More
