They let me take my time with no pressure and understood my bottom line which resulted in a comfortable purchase. I chatted with many car dealerships on their respective websites; you can imagine how many emails and text messages I received, I chose to work with Brad because he didn't email me 6 paragraphs - just a quick note that he received my message and to swing by because I qualified for something. Gus was great as well, really surprised me with my final finance rate - terrific customer service! I don't think I've ever left a car lot happy until yesterday. He got off at 5pm yesterday but waited for me to show up at 5:20PM to finalize my deal. More

He worked with me to answer my questions before I came in and had the Jeep ready Brad helped me out when I found the Jeep I wanted at another LHM lot. Without going into too much detail, each of these gentlemen was professional, knowledgeable, and understanding of what I needed. They did not pressure me (which is a breath of fresh air in comparison to other dealerships) and they let me take my time to make an unrushed decision. As it turned out, the deal fell through - due to some things on my end. Regardless, they treated me with courtesy, kindness, and respect. As a result, they scored a bunch of points in my book, and I will definitely buy my next vehicle from them. I can't recommend them highly enough. More
