The experience of buying a car can be nerve-wracking. They made it as pleasant as possible. I first visited with Gus 18 months ago. Best Buying Experience Ever! I have had enough car shopping experiences, and I must say that my experience at Lindsay Volvo Alexandria was THE best experience ever. I have never had such a great experience with customer service the way that Mr. Gus Deeb (Sales Consultant) and Markell Robinson (Sales Manager) provided it. They were absolutely amazing! They both listened to what I wanted, what I was looking for and the price range that I wanted to stay within, and they both made it happen. They both were very patient with me. They were not pushy, and they allowed me time and space to make my decision. My overall experience was "OUTSTANDING", definitely one for the memory book. If purchasing a Volvo is on your short list, I definitely recommend Lindsay Volvo Alexandria, and highly recommend these two to work with! More

Sincere, friendly, and efficient I purchased a Pre-owned Volvo S60 at Lindsay in what was probably the best car-buying experience of my life. Mr. Gus Deeb was the most sincere and I purchased a Pre-owned Volvo S60 at Lindsay in what was probably the best car-buying experience of my life. Mr. Gus Deeb was the most sincere and most pleasant sales rep I have encountered. He did not pressure me, respected the demands on my time during the process (work; family; commuting...) and followed up with calls and emails as promised. The staff in the showroom were relaxed and attentive. Similarly, because there was one small body ding to be repaired as a condition of the sale, the service reps were efficient and accommodating. Gus had a loaner ready for me to use, and the service desk was fully informed and had the car ready to go. I have purchased a car before from the Lindsay family, and I assure everyone there I will highly recommend them in the future. Thank you Gus and bravo, Lindsay! Jamie Hawkins Alexandria VA More
