Purchase of used vehicle My first experience at the dealership was unpleasant. I tried to work with Arnold Rogel. I took a truck for a test drive. He was completely uninterest My first experience at the dealership was unpleasant. I tried to work with Arnold Rogel. I took a truck for a test drive. He was completely uninterested in working with me and acted as if I was wasting his time. He actually had me write down my number (instead of him asking me for my information and writing it down himself). Then he didn’t call when the vehicle I was interested in came back from an extended test drive. About a month later, I decided to give the dealership another chance and worked with Gus. Night and day difference. He wasn’t pushy, but followed up appropriately. I ended up purchasing a truck. Arnold missed out on a sale. Hopefully, mgmt can use this as a training opportunity for him. More

My worst car buying experience in decades The process took entirely too long...4 1/2 + hours. I can still say no after that long. Communication was really poor. I was not informed of the following: The mileage on the Red Terrain was 490 mi, it has a moon/sun roof & Bose sound system, the size of the engine. I should have walked away from this. Oh and I was led to believe that the damage to car was no longer my problem if I leased a new vehicle. In spite of this I will suck it up & try to enjoy my new vehicle. Also, The service dept told me one thing on the phone regarding a Buick coupon sent to me for an oil change, then when I brought the car in another guy did not want honor it. Plaza was great and their service techs were respectful. You need to train them how to speak to customers. The body shop(Casey & Ryan) guys are very nice & helpful. I called GM and they assured me I can use another dealership for service on my new vehicle. Too bad Woodhouse did not keep more of the Plaza folks!! More

thanks to Jim Ziepke I've known Him Ziepke for a while and he was happy to help me, however the salesman he had assist me Gus I was not happy with he tried to argue with m I've known Him Ziepke for a while and he was happy to help me, however the salesman he had assist me Gus I was not happy with he tried to argue with me over what I had previously saw on the lot. But if it weren't for Jim and him getting involved in the deal I probably wouldn't of bought there. Jim is a great guy and made the experience good. More

Good and Timely I scheduled my service online with a 'wait for car' status. When I arrived, the system said that I was 'dropping off' my car. I'm aware that these a I scheduled my service online with a 'wait for car' status. When I arrived, the system said that I was 'dropping off' my car. I'm aware that these are two totally different things, schedule-wise. I needed my car done quickly and showed the service rep my email confirming that I indeed was a 'wait for car' status. She was able to rearrange some things and I was out the door after 1hr 15min. Thank you for making that happen. On a side note, please take a look at the online scheduling program - as the status's were different from what was selected/confirmed and what was seen on the Woodhouse side of the reservation. More
