But after the 3 or maybe 4 things going wrong in the first 30 days I decided to go talk to Jim Jr. (GM of used cars). And explained my frustrations. I know they can't know exactly what they are getting when people trade in cars. These issues couldn't be detected on the diagnostic machine so they really didn't realize the problems this vehicle would have. He was so understanding and helped us get in a new GMC Acadia with a payment that was doable for our family! I really wasn't expecting that they would take our used car back. But Jim went above and beyond to help us out! We couldn't be happier with our purchase! And our original salesmen Gus took time to explain all the features on our new car. Which I will never get all of them figured out! This is our second vehicle we have purchased there and hope to do business there many more times!! Thank you Plaza for the great customer service! Called and made appointment with Justin Edmonds, he was making a delivery at the time so we dealt with Gus Maiakis on purchasing a new Buick. Gus was great to work with and Justin helped with the delivery on our new vehicle. Justin explained everything on our new vehicle and made sure I understood it before going on to something new. Ryan helped us with the financing and was very thorough and explained everything. We were very satisfied with how the entire purchase was done. As a matter of fact, my husband will most likely be back in later this week to purchase a truck. Thank you Gus, Justin and Ryan for making this an enjoyable vehicle purchase! More

Easy straight forward deals but the best thing about them is service after the sale. Even after the sale is done and gone, they follow up on every service need at their location. Even though they make nothing on the service side, they make sure your service experience is as good as the sale experience. Go above and beyond what is required of them to make the sale. With a medical issue I have, they make sure I am taken care of and where I need to be and when. Christina in service as good as gold. Will never look to buy anywhere else. Prices were right in line and even if they weren't the extras you get with dealing with the people at plaza would make it the best deal you could possibly hope for. Before I share my story (personally, I would much rather read the highlights upfront rather than having to read through all the details) let me get ri Before I share my story (personally, I would much rather read the highlights upfront rather than having to read through all the details) let me get right to the point: Gus is genuinely a good man. He is caring, honest, and extremely knowledgable about vehicles and how to get you into the vehicle you want for the price you can afford. He felt like family. My wife and I were leasing a truck from a Chevy dealership but decided our family would benefit more from trading in the lease and financing a larger truck. When we initially signed our lease, we were assured by the finance manager there would be no fees/penalties for turning the lease in early as long as we got another vehicle from them. But, when we went back to the Chevy dealership to discuss our options, it was a completely different story. The salesman drowned us in "negative equality" fees as well as additional costs they said would not occur. It was a disaster. Feeling defeated and out of options, the next night we decided to check out Plaza Buick GMC to get a second opinion. That is when we met Gus. Gus took the time to learn about our current situation and gave us options as to what we could do. There was no attempt to confuse us or pressure us into anything. In fact, he got us into the exact truck we wanted and it was within our price range! There were no fees or any attempt to nickel and dime us like the previous delearship did. It is because Gus genuinely cared about our situation and was upfront and honest with us from the start that we will be coming back to The Plaza for ALL of our future vehicles. Thank you, Gus. More
