This is The worst car dealership service department we have ever encountered. Robert DuBose is not a customer friendly individual and should be terminated. Ira, the finance guy, knows 1000 ways to skin a Cat, and he works with you by providing several finance options. Overall, i NEVER feel ANY PRESSURE or experience a hard sale. Ever! The owner, John k. walks around and rubs shoulders with his customers making sure they're receiving the proper attention. I did not get paid to write this, nor had anyone asked me personally.
