We contacted Chito Encarnacion who helped us remotely and connected us with Gustavo Hernandez. Both were amazing and made the process super easy. The entire experience was safe - as much of the process was done via phone and email. Chito even helped me save some money in my car insurance. Once we arrived to the dealership to pick up the car we felt very safe. The showroom was sparkly clean and everyone was wearing masks and maintaining social distance. The process was quick, easy and pain free. But it didn't stop there! After we picked up the car Chito followed up with me to see if I had any questions about the car and he set me up with a free oil change! Definitely will recommend others to buy at Hudson Subaru - especially with Chito and Gustavo! Second Subaru in the family now :) More

We also wanted to look at some other dealerships for price comparisons and inventory. I met with Lou Valanzola, who showed me the models, and answered every question I could throw at him with details that helped us make a decision between the multiple Cross Trek Hybrids in stock. Lou was patient, calm, and knowledgeable, which made the process much easier, and less stressful than I anticipated. Lou introduced me to Gus Hernandez, Sales Manager, and Gary Bregman, General Sales Manager, who spent time to clearly provide different financing options, and offered the best price on the new Cross Trek and best trade-in for our Outback. I highly recommend Hudson Auto Group, and Lou Valanzola, and we are very happy with our new car. More

Worth my while...and it's a SUBARU! I had to wait a while for 'Chito Encarnacion', as he was with another customer and I didn't call ahead.
