Gustavo help with a technical question. Rami was kind enough to zip file the pictures of the car and email them to me so I could keep high quality pictures for my records and to share with family. After we closed the deal, they took the time to educated me in the car and Arturo spent a good 30 minutes setting up my cellphone connection with the Mercedez I bought and showing me every useful feature that I may want to know about the car. He even made specific recommendations about which wax to use and how to keep the car paint in great shape. They are great at what they do AND I truly felt like I got a great deal. A win-win. More

I get a great deal on the price for a barely used car (2-3y) 2. Cars are as close as you can get to new condition (remember you aren’t buying a new car, you’re buying a 2-3y old/lightly used car in superb condition) 3. Cars are still under warranty (at least the ones I buy) so I’m worry free for another 1-2y. 4. Team is professional and polite all the time, every single one of them. 5. They help me with after sale questions or inquires which saves me a bundle on maintenance and repairs in the 3-4y I own the cars. The last few cars I sold privately (after owning 3-4y) were sold for maximum kbb price (I try to keep them in tip top condition) So really what can be better than this? NOTHING That’s why I keep coming back More

After finding out they were DealerRater certified and reading the reviews, I began dealing with Eran to schedule a 3rd party inspection (and was surprised to get it done on Christmas Eve!). We were able to quickly agree on a fair price, and I booked my trip to D.C. Gustavo picked me up at the train station, I met Moshe, and Eran had all the paperwork ready. I took her for a quick test drive and was headed home in luxury in less than an hour. This was the most pleasant car purchase experience I've ever had, and hope to use them again when the need arises. Love my new car. More

They took the car to a Mercedes dealership for a pre purchase inspection for me (for Mercedes e350 two weeks ago and the buying experience was good. They took the car to a Mercedes dealership for a pre purchase inspection for me (for my own peace of mind), I just had to pay the dealer over the phone. The car came back clean but just needed an oil change and an alignment which Elite took care of. The alignment is still off but I spoke with Elite and I can just come back and have it taken care of with them and the shop that they work with. I definitely will recommend them to friends and family. More
