Everyone I dealt with at Lexus was gracious, cheerful and professional; from scheduling the service, to arranging a loaner car due to expected need for 2 days to complete all of the requested work. Gus made sure to answer my questions so that I understood all the details of the services. After the requested detail service was completed, my 2017 car was returned in all of its showroom glory: brilliant ultrasonic blue exterior and the interior red leather was like new. Thank you for helping me fall in love with my car all over again. More
