It took me ten years to think about going into a dealership to look at new vehicles. As a woman, it is typically not a comfortable experience. I was giving my Honda to my granddaughter. The car had served me extremely well and I thought about replacing it with another Honda. I did a great deal of internet research and added a few higher end cars to my short list. Going into the BMW dealership in Orland Park we were welcomed by Guy Accentura. He was a wealth of knowledge and passionate about the vehicles that we were looking at. Our next trip in we met Doug Panko (Guy was off) and he helped us find the perfect color for our new vehicle. He too was incredibly knoweledgeable and it was at that point that my short list narrowed to one vehicle. I ordered my car without pressure and I am convinced that I got a great price. My car was delivered last Saturday. It is perfect. It supasses my expectations. Both Doug and Guy have been wonderful beginning to end. If I could rate them as a "10" I certainly would. More

This was my first experience with BMW and was very pleased from the initial phone through the delivery process. Guy Accettura was extremely nice and knowledgeable of the two vehicles I looked at.
