I stumbled upon CarSmart while searching for a new car in Nashville online. I immediately noticed the competitive pricing and cleanliness of the vehicles offered. I called and spoke with Andrew - who was super nice - and told him that I was interested in the Toyota Sequoia. We set up a time to meet the next day and he agreed to hold the car for me until then, even though I knew others would be looking at the car. This way, I did not have to rush out to the dealer on Friday afternoon. When I showed up on Saturday, I met with Terry, who was great and knowledgeable about cars. (None of the people are pushy at CarSmart). We drove around a ton and did a full inspection of the car. When we noticed that the remote key was not working, they sent a locksmith immediately to the place and fixed the key! I felt super confident with all of the people at CarSmart, including the owner Guy. Also, they gave me a great price on my trade in car and let me put a down payment on my credit card so I could get the points. What more can you ask for? Worth the drive out of Nashville if you want great service and a quality used car. More

I have never had such a great experience. I spoke to Mr. Alfieri and explained what I was looking for in a used vehicle. I was looking for a particular year, outside color and interior color S550. He looked everywhere until he found exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle. He actually had it brought in from up North. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle it was clean, new tires and looked just like new. I walked inside handed them the keys to my old car and signed paperwork that took no more than five minutes. What an experience - a great one. The staff was all wonderful with big smiles on their faces and really seemed happy for me. Interesting thing is that I even received an email last week telling me that it was time for my three month maintenance check up. I mean in this day and time when do you actually get a personal note about those kinds of things. I will always use Mr. Alfieri and CarSMart for any of car buying. It felt like I was dealing with family and not just another number like most places. I highly recommend CarSmart and their wonderful staff. Thank you! More
