He has in every instance provided us with the type vehicle we wanted and in every case they had far less miles than we had expected and were years. In every case Guy shopped the market until he found us one owner cars with verifiable maintenance and service history, brought them into Carsmart, detailed them to immaculate condition and delivered them to our front door and then picked up our trade-in car and took it away. Oh did I say that we live in Texas?! This is incredible service, certainly unmatched in my experience! Guy and his staff are totally professional in every contact! Guy sets the example of the consummate professional who loves what he does and is constantly striving for perfection in the delivery of the ultimate customer service satisfaction for all the customers of Carsmart . I love my truck that I purchased from CarSmart. I saw it on the website, gave them a call, and went down to their store. It was exactly as listed, and the price was better than others I had looked at that on the website, gave them a call, and went down to their store. We also have had to have a couple of wear & tear repairs made and his service team has always done a great job. Our most recent purchase of a “JCW Mini “ was because we had lost our Lexus SC430 to the August 2013 Flood in Mt. Juliet and needed to replace it. We had just happen to take a friend up to CarSmart to look for a vehicle for them and we both purchased that day. We always recommend friends and family to CarSmart. If you need to finance your purchase, they have the ability to get this done in a timely fashion with great rates. We have also purchased a few extended warranties and had to use them twice. On both occasions it was a breeze to deal with the warranty company and Guys service department made the repairs and we were on our way. More

They actually prepped several cars for us prior to our purchase. Once we chose the car we wanted, they agreed to fix every minor imperfection (and they were minor!) and gave us a fair value for our trade. After the sale, Guy has continued to follow up with us to make this a very enjoyable car buying experience. CarSmart went above and beyond to make us repeat customers! After finally making a selection, they made the buying experience quick and painless (other than writing a big check). There were a couple of small items that needed to be fixed after the sale and they have lived up to their agreement to fix them. I would rather buy a house than a car, but CarSmart.net made me feel like I got a good deal for the car. I am definitely going back for my next purchase. Kudos to Guy, Eric, and Andrew. More
