Best Experience ever!!!! From beginning to end my experience was the best! I live on Maui and yet was able to get a great deal with my trade in and into a new F-150. But what sets them apart is the customer service, they genuinely treat you like family...and this is before I signed the dotted line. The internet sales Manager Matt was helpful and provided options and links to possible vehicles I was interested in, based on my few request. Then once settled with that and price, I set an appointment to test drive and sign. I then met with Wayne who went out of his way to view other trucks even tho the paper work was setup for me to sign a specific one, he pulled trucks in and out to allow me to test drive other models. Then, even tho I came with a preapproval, the finance manager took time out of his way to still find the best rates for my loan. He was informative and gave some great advice. I’ve never experienced such attention, understanding and consideration to what my needs and budget was. I can guarantee a lifetime customer form here on out. More
