Customer service is fine. This dealer adds a significant markup (25% over MSRP) for all vehicles. Sad to say, but this is the lowest of the three Ford dealerships on-island. T This dealer adds a significant markup (25% over MSRP) for all vehicles. Sad to say, but this is the lowest of the three Ford dealerships on-island. They also add extras to the vehicles such as marking and registering catalytic converters and etching VIN numbers in windows which you cannot opt out of which adds another 3K to every vehicle. The fact that you cannot get a vehicle at MSRP docks 2 stars from this dealership in my book. More
