My car was taken in on time and finished on time as promised. The SC associates are always polite and friendly. We've bought Hondas at Burne for about 30 years, so they're doing something right! They also deserve recognition for dealing with female customers with respect and never being condescending, which I have dealt with at a local Ford dealer.
