Great Help!!! I came into the sales department to look for my sales man Keith, I ran into a woman that couldn't be bothered to help me instead she sent me to the se I came into the sales department to look for my sales man Keith, I ran into a woman that couldn't be bothered to help me instead she sent me to the service department. While at the service department they were very kind in helping me fix my oil light that wouldn't go off and while waiting Harold Solano walked up and asked if there was any thing that I needed and I said yes I have a problem with my phone in my new car I explained that my sales person Keith was not in that day and Harold was great to step in and help me. He reset my phone for me in my car and explained that when my LG cell phone gets updates that sometimes it makes my phone in my car go wacky. Well thanks to him it all works now he was a great help and to also assist a co-worker that wasn't there. No thanks to the woman that didn't want to assist me she just sent me away to be Harolds problem. Thanks Harold you were great. Blessings to you SP. More

Harold Solano and I went out on a test drive and we ended up chatting at a Starbucks nearby. I told him about how our family owned a Lake Tahoe vacation home and he told me he would take care of our new Yukon for us. He spoke to the owner of the dealership who supported the idea and Harold has become a part of our family ever since. Harold was a great help in purchasing my Terrain in 2010 and a tremendous help in leasing my SRX most recently. I had brought in my Terrain for some service and had a Cadillac loaner, Harold was patient with me as we went over the information to lease versus buy. I've always had great customer service, follow-through and friendliness each and every time I've come into the show room. Harold was personable and explained everything that I needed to know about my new car. Test drives were easy and thorough. I highly recommend Harold if you are looking for a new vehicle.
