I cancelled an extended warranty contract with AGWS. It was confirmed cancelled on 2/11/2025. Since then, Edwin and his team have been holding the refunded amount. They have lied twice saying the check has been sent out, with the final lie stating Ally would be the one to initiate the withdrawal of the funds. I contacted Ally who had no record of any checks being sent, and confirmed there have been no instances in which Ally pulls funds from a dealership account. They have refused to provide and proof or evidence the deposit has been initiated despite asking many times over 2 months. It took me hundreds of calls over the month of January to finally reach someone besides a salesman to initiate the cancellation to begin with. You should have no trust in anyone above the salesman level. HD on the other hand, was a fantastic person to work with. At this point, they are thieves. I have since filed a complaint with the BBB and Ohio Attorney Generals office, Consumer Protections division. More

Terrible experience. I was lied to multiple times throughout the process. The end result is over $6,000 of fees that I was told would be free. Lied to and ignored multiple times when trying to contact the salesperson after the sale. I thought this experience would be different than your typical lying car salesman promising something just to get a sale done. I was wrong. Avoid at all costs. More
