Haider was extremely helpful in providing us all the information we needed about both new and used models and we are confident we received the best deal possible. We even received a set of new tires (without asking) based on Haider and the team's assessment of the vehicle. If you are looking to work with a patient, trustworthy and kind representative, we highly recommend Haider. I echo other's favorable responses to Haider's service and professionalism. He was extremely knowledgeable about not only the Toyota models, but the competitive landscape. Haider Amin is a top notch salesman, he is truly an asset to the Herb Chambers Toyota of Boston. He went above and beyond the initial sale of my new Tacoma. Awful, drawn out, unprofessional. That was my experience before I went to Herb. I bought a 2014 Tacoma at Herb could not be happier. Condescending salesmen, rude sales manager, waiting a week to get approve before I went to Herb. I bought a 2014 Tacoma at Herb could not be happier. Condescending salesmen, rude sales manager, waiting a week to get approved financing, enough was enough. That was when I decided to give Herb a shot. Did some research, a lot of positive reviews, so i went with them. I was glad I did. Ian Loebis the client care specialist was the first person I was contacted by. He was patient, polite and professional. He really went out of his way to make me feel at home at Herb. He assured me that i would have a great experience at Herb and he was right. Then i was paired with Haider my salesman, he was a pro also he was patient, polite and listened to what I wanted for my new Tacoma and found it. He never tried to sell me something i did not want. He was what a salesman should be, keep up the great work Haider. Howie the sales manager was also very professional. He was fair, patient and was willing to make the best possible deal. Patrick the financial manager was also a pleasure to work with. The financing approval was done quickly, not like the other dealership I had dealt with previously, which took about a week to get an answer. He answered all my questions, and explained everything clearly. Overall it was a great experience, my only regret? I should of went to them first. More

The transaction was surprisingly straightforward. The salesman, business manager, and general manager were respectful of my time, were not the least bit pushy, and seemed authentically interested in providing me with an excellent customer experience - which they indeed accomplished. I recommend Herb Chambers Toyota for a good, direct, customer-centric experience. More

This was the best experience buying a new car. Everyone was tuned into MY needs and wants and not their own. The experience was actually enjoyable. This was my second lease with Herb Chambers. This time I had the pleasure of working with Haider Amin. Haider was very professional, answered all my questions, and was patient as I made my decisions. I did not feel pressured and Haider and the other gentlemen and ladies that I worked with were all straightforward. No hidden costs, no surprises. I paid exactly what I expected and I got exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend Herb Chambers Toyota in general and the dealer Haider Amin specifically. If you can work with Haider I'm sure you'll have just as pleasant of an auto buying experience as I did. More

I went to Herb Chambers Toyota of Boston looking for a new car with really good gas mileage. However, I love SUVs and was currently driving one, but thought a sedan would make more sense in regards to goo new car with really good gas mileage. However, I love SUVs and was currently driving one, but thought a sedan would make more sense in regards to good gas mileage. I walked in and started looking around at the cars in the showroom and was greeted with a friendly smile and was asked what I was looking for. Ryan McDonnell was extremely helpful and asked exactly what I wanted in the car to get a better idea of what to show me. Once I told him what I wanted and was interested in the Camry, he brought me down to show me the new Camrys they had in stock and gave me all the information about it. When I sat in it, he asked what I thought, and all I could say was that it was nice but I didn't love it. I really wanted an SUV but thought it was a bad decision with the miles I travel for work. Ryan brought me over to a new RAV4 and told me the gas mileage was still really good and that if I really want an SUV, I shouldn't settle because I wouldn't be happy with my choice. He also explained that it was AWD which would help driving in all weathers for work and that whatever it didn't have I could add. Once I sat in it, I felt much better and more comfortable than I did in the Camry. Ryan then introduced me to Haider, who brought me on a test drive to see how I enjoyed the RAV4. Haider told me I could drive around as much as I wanted to get a good feel for the car, go on the highway and do some city driving, directing me with each turn. He also explained all the interior features and answered any and all questions I had with ease and friendliness. He never once asked me about whether I'd be purchasing the car, only how I liked it. I did not feel pressured at all. When the test drive was over, I sat down with both Haider and Ryan to go over all the information and I told them I wanted the car but needed to go over the price with my parents first and would most likely be back the next day to buy the car. They completely understood and did not push, but did recommend putting a small deposit down to hold the RAV4 since they had only two and I wanted a specific one. They printed out all the information with the prices laid out so I could easily go over them with my parents. The price was so great and I got a great deal on my trade in, that my parents approved quickly. When I returned the next morning, Haider and Ryan helped me right away and brought me over to Pat, who was expecting me, to do all the signing quickly. In the end, I am extremely happy with my new 2013 RAV4, and so grateful for Ryan telling me not to settle for a sedan. I absolutely recommend everyone to go to Herb Chambers Toyota of Boston!! Great excellent customer service, excellent prices, and excellent staff!! More
