We have been searching for a vehicle for a little while now and had a trade in. I was amazingly surprised with the level of customer service everyone involved provided us with. The deal they gave us absolutely exceeded our expectations. They worked with us and most definitely earned our business and I would HIGHLY recommend Parkside Kia to everyone! We went to 3 other dealerships in the Knoxville area (one was Rusty Wallace Kia, and they did not really want to work with us at all to make a deal) None of them even came close to the deal and quality of service the team at Parkside Kia gave us. I could go on and on about the purchase of our new 2022 Kia Sorento. But hands down the best deal and experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. The team at Parkside KIA were fantastic! I had placed inquiries online at several dealers, but most were unresponsive or just sent obvious copy/paste replies. Haily stayed in touch every couple days, and her emails were specific to things I had inquired about. I was actually looking at a hybrid, but Haily talked me in to checking out an EV6. I could not be happier. A short time later I was the proud owner of my first fully electric vehicle. I am loving this car especially with these insane gas prices. The entire team were incredibly helpful getting the deal done with no pressure and seemed genuinely interested in making sure I was comfortable with my purchase. My finance rep Steven was excellent as well. He made sure I understood what we were doing at every step. Thanks so much Parkside Kia team, and especially to Haily I would recommend both with no reservations. I will definitely go there first for my next purchase! More
