He answered all our questions, took as much time as we needed, and we walked out of there THAT DAY with a new Odyssey - and it wasn't even the model we came in to see. Kenrick was helpful to us in sussing out the features the cars that we were considering had, and which features we actually needed as opposed to those we just thought we wanted.
