With the right Rep. anything is possible! We've been customers of D&M for several years and have leased no less than 6 vehicles in total. We've also dealt with more than a few dealer reps (em We've been customers of D&M for several years and have leased no less than 6 vehicles in total. We've also dealt with more than a few dealer reps (employees). Some good for a while and some who were not as good (though they stated, they were the best). We contacted Haley whom we had worked with on a previous vehicle to e what could be done to get into a newer lease as one of our current vehicles was getting up there in mileage. After a week of getting nowhere with Haley (no pictures, no good suggestions etc.) and feeling like she wasn't even trying, we received a call from Ethan Anderson, he stated that he would be taking over as Haley was taking some time off. No call from Haley, no text, nothing (we found this to be rude). Ethan's call was probably the best thing that could've happened! From the start Ethan was understanding, helpful, attentive and most of all, he LISTENED to our desires and needs. Ethan was a breath of fresh air! We described what we wanted and were totally honest with him regarding what we would/could do and he delivered. He was very communicative and found EXACTLY what we were seeking! He sent several vehicles for us to consider, all of which were viable and we selected a 2020 Audi Q3 SUV that is perfect! Thank you Ethan, because of you we will continue to do business with D&M Leasing!! More
