I wasn’t there to buy a new car but to get oil change on a car for which I had buyer’s remorse - through no fault of the car itself. So, when Matt first approached me I said I’m not buying a new car (reme a car for which I had buyer’s remorse - through no fault of the car itself. So, when Matt first approached me I said I’m not buying a new car (remembering last time). Sure it’s a business. Sure there are pushy salespeople, but Matt proved to be down-to-earth, actually listens, & I did get car with better safety features, lifetime navigation, etc. Just What I wanted in my last car ever. Hands-down, Matt is THE absolute best person I’ve ever dealt with when making such an important decision as a car purchase. I highly recommend him. No buyer’s remorse. More
