We initially came into Jenkins in early February, however we weren’t ready to purchase at that time. We test drove a 2021 Hyundai Sonata hybrid Blue (base model) and we liked the atmosphere and the sales pe we weren’t ready to purchase at that time. We test drove a 2021 Hyundai Sonata hybrid Blue (base model) and we liked the atmosphere and the sales people we spoke with, We decided the model Blue wasn’t what we wanted so we were shown the next trim up the SEL and we liked it. We needed a down payment but we didn’t have our ducks in a row at that time to complete the deal. We asked the both of them not to pressure us at that time and we would be back and they honored that wish completely, so we left with no high pressure, no pushing, it was a great experience. 6 weeks later I called a salesman on the phone and we completed the deal on the 2021 Sonata hybrid SEL we wanted and we couldn’t be happier. The whole process was done over the phone and all we had to do was arrive, sign paperwork and leave. More
