Christy was AMAZING!!! She was attentive listened to my needs and wants and make sure I got the vehicle I wanted/needed for my family. She never pushed nor made me feel uncomfortable. Alysia was super friendly and knowledgeable- honestly one of the reasons we decided to go with Hyundai. I think at the end of the day we could have gotten a better deal elsewhere and the staff was not very w of the reasons we decided to go with Hyundai. I think at the end of the day we could have gotten a better deal elsewhere and the staff was not very willing to reduce costs. I also feel some dealership promotions and add in’s were misleading. For instance adding on a dealership fee to cover maintenance for the first 3 years as a selling point and then for the finance department to negotiate additional fee for a 4 year service plan since the 3-year plan they just got added to my purchase cost as a dealer add on “didn’t really cover much”. I feel like I was sold to pay twice for the same thing. At the end of the day, I am happy with choosing Hyundai but wish I would have shopped prices more and not sure I would recommend the local dealership to others because of the additional fees and what I feel was some sales deception to increase profit. More

I came to resolve issues with my 2016 purchased Tucson ; to speak with The Top Management having spoken with Lower Managers to no avail. 1st I spoke with a Most Pleasant Person Eileen Nieto who eased my an to speak with The Top Management having spoken with Lower Managers to no avail. 1st I spoke with a Most Pleasant Person Eileen Nieto who eased my angst with a compassionate but professional comforting demeanor. I then spoke to a young man I who also shared my concerns who also handled everything with same professional comforting demeanor: he introduced me to Rocky Deleon whose Straight Forwardness , Professionalism and Eagerness to bring a untenable situation to a positive resolution was inevitable successful in restoring Faith in the Jenkins Brand . I also met with Haley Casko and met a young man named Nick " Nicholas " all of these young people displayed A Positive Enthusiastic Professional Quality seemingly Beyond Their Years and surpassed other interactions I had in my quest to resolve a somewhat minor issue situation.
