I had gone to DHC Honda just to look, because my parents told me they had bought my mom's Accord there, but I ended up buying a Civic that's just perfect for me. The most amazing thing about Hamad was that after the sale (when salesmen usually disappear), he sat with me and showed me every feature on my car. He made sure I was comfortable with one before moving on to the next. He even programmed my Bluetooth, which was above and beyond the call of duty! I also want to mention Jeff Torres, my finance specialist. He also went far beyond the call of duty finding me a super low interest rate on the amount I financed. Hats off to DCH Honda of Paramus for having such high quality employees. I would recommend them to anyone! I am giving this rating because my experience at DCH was excellent, and I believe in recognizing a job well done.

He explained nothing to me regarding the car features, payment structure, or overall leasing options. He never called to tell me my license plates had arrived or has helped me in any way since the day I drove away from the dealer. I would not do business with him in the future. For anyone that is looking for a nice, intelligent, patient, and helpful salesman, see Mark Abitabilo. While my salesman was rushing me out of the door to take a new customer, Mark took time to show me the car features and even helped me program several things.
