My wife and I have mostly owned Toyotas in the past but this time we were interested in the Honda Pilot. We started at a different Honda dealer and found that their pricing was not very competitive and they were not very flexible. Then we came to DCH Honda. Our sales consultant was Hamad Deeb, who was very professional, friendly and worked very hard to make our experience the best it could be. Hamad was knowledgeable about the vehicle and his consumer service is second to none. After purchasing a Pilot, we found there was a minor problem with the vehicle. The DCH service team immediately started to fix the problem while Hamad kept us comfortable and informed of the situation. The problem was resolved and we are completely satisfied with our experience. We recommend DCH Honda to anyone interested in purchasing a Honda and Hamad Deeb in the man that you want to see! He spent a great deal of his tIme explaining that Honda Accord was the car that would suit my needs. As it turned out, what I was offered a lease that was more than I could expect from a car dealer. I am very pleased to say with Hamad's patience and sincere caring, I was able to leave drIving my new Accord. I found out that I will be saving money with the Accord. My auto insurance premium went down; the monthly lease payments are less (was a Nissan customer for 8 years) and the money down was affordable. After receiving an e-mail from DCH Paramus Honda containing a "New Vehicle Special" deal for a 2012 CR-V, I called DCH Paramus and scheduled an appointment that evening at 7:00 p.m. with Hamad Deeb. containing a "New Vehicle Special" deal for a 2012 CR-V, I called DCH Paramus and scheduled an appointment that evening at 7:00 p.m. with Hamad Deeb. Mr. Deeb was a consummate professional from the beginning, even taking the time to greet me and my wife while he was finishing up with another customer. When Mr. Deeb finished with his other customer, he gave us his undivided attention and clearly explained the requirements of the "New Vehicle Special" deal that brought us to DCH Paramus. Significantly, while Mr. Deeb advised us of the differences between the CR-V model that was part of the "New Vehicle Special" deal and the other CR-V models - he never attempted to steer us towards another, more expensive, alternative. Mr. Deeb's professionalism also continued when my wife test drove the CR-V. He was clearly knowledgable about the vehicle and made sure she was comfortable with the vehicle before taking it out for a test drive. Needless to say, after test driving the vehicle, we were sold. Although it was well after 10:00 p.m. at this time, Mr. Deeb did not rush us through the paperwork. Instead, he patiently answered any additional questions we had. Moreover, the paperwork that was presented reflected the "New Vehicle Special" deal exactly as it was advertised - with no hidden costs. I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Deeb and DCH Paramus to anyone who is in the market for a new car. If one has had bad experiences with car salesman in the past, Mr. Deeb with restore your faith in the profession. More

Make sure you know who is the leasing company behind your vehicle that you lease!!! After using DCH Paramus Honda for the leasing of 7 cars, I am very disappointed with how our most recent leasing experience vehicle that you lease!!! After using DCH Paramus Honda for the leasing of 7 cars, I am very disappointed with how our most recent leasing experience was handled. For all of our Honda leases, we have used Honda Financial Services and have been very pleased. They offer a generous Excess Wear Policy which allows 3 separate incidents of up to $500 in damages/excess wear, for a total of $1500. This is one of the most generous Excess Wear Policy among any car type. We were not informed that the lease on our most recent car would be through HANN Financial Service Corporation, which does not offer the same Excess Wear Policy. They only offer one incident of up to $500 in damages/excess wear. While we do not anticipate having to use this Excess Wear Policy, we are very aware of how a consumer can be burned by it, and like the generosity of Honda Financial Services policy. (On a previous lease through Mazda, they nickle and dimed everything they could, including tire wear. There policy was the same as HANN's.) THE CONSUMER SHOULD BE INFORMED THAT THERE IS A DIFFERENCE IN THE LEASING COMPANIES, AND BE ALLOWED TO MAKE THE DECISION OF WHOM TO LEASE WITH. We were not given that choice. When C.J. Slitas was contacted about this, his attitude was basically, "Yep, those are the terms and you should have read the whole contract so you would know that." By the way, no mention of HANN being the finance company is on the lease contract. While HANN's leasing price is less than Honda Financial Services price, the terms of the leasing contract are different. This was NEVER pointed out to us. In the past, I have referred many, many people to DCH Paramus Honda, and they have either purchased or leased there. Now I will make it my mission to tell anyone and everyone about what happened at DCH Paramus, and that they should be aware of the leasing/financing company before they sign on the dotted line. More
