We just purchased a 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited from Jim Ellis Hyundai. Our salesperson was Hamilton Dueberry. Our five start rating is based on the fact that buying the Santa Fe couldn’t have been ea Jim Ellis Hyundai. Our salesperson was Hamilton Dueberry. Our five start rating is based on the fact that buying the Santa Fe couldn’t have been easier and, in fact, this purchase was the easiest of all times. We did everything online and never walked into the showroom (we had leased a vehicle from Jim Ellis Hyundai in 2020 so we knew what the facilities looked like and therefore didn’t feel it necessary to buy a vehicle the “traditional” way). Starting with our initial online inquiry until we took deliver 4 days later, Hamilton and our experience with the dealership couldn’t have been better. We experienced true transparent pricing as evident by the written quote provide by Hamilton was exactly the same as the final finance documents. There were no add-ons, mysterious fees, or extra “surprise” expenses. Delivery to our home was exactly as promised and we avoided having to drive an hour and one-half each way to take delivery of the vehicle. Couldn’t have been easier and Hamilton is due the credit for making it happen from the dealership’s side. Follow-up by Hamilton has been excellent and we would definitely recommend him and the dealership to anyone. We could not have asked for a better experience!!! More

Great experience with this dealership. Teamwork was excellent. My salesman, Hamilton, was the perfect blend of being knowledgeable without being pushy, and was easy to work with and very Teamwork was excellent. My salesman, Hamilton, was the perfect blend of being knowledgeable without being pushy, and was easy to work with and very accommodating and pleasant. You can tell that there’s solid leadership at the top of this group because every encounter I had with the different folks here, from Hamilton to other salesmen to front desk staff and even the cleaning people, you saw the same level of service and intentional emphasis on the customer and focus on their needs. Kudos to the leadership team for creating that kind of culture and environment at this dealership. More

I went in to this dealership " EXPECTING THE BEST" as your slogan says only to " RECEIVE THE WORST!! The receptionist called Hamilton to the front desk meet me and he is by far the most unprofessional your slogan says only to " RECEIVE THE WORST!! The receptionist called Hamilton to the front desk meet me and he is by far the most unprofessional and least impressive of all the sales people I have encountered thus far. First of all even though he had a name tag he never properly introduced himself let alone asked how I was doing or what my name is. I told him what I was looking for so he asked for my driver's license and upon returning it couldn't even have the common courtesy to say " Thank You". To add insult to injury the car I wanted to test drive had just been sold so I saw a pre-owned White Honda Accord that looked really nice and appealing. The one thing he did RIGHT was to show me the CarFax and right before I was going to take a test drive I look at the Car Fax only to find out that the car HAD BEEN WRECKED IN 3 MAJOR AREAS AND THE DAMAGE WAS MODERATE ( YELLOW)!! I was SHOCKED AND APPALLED THAT YOU SELL A VEHICLE WITH NOT MINOR BUT MODERATE DAMAGE TO THE FRONT, SIDE AND ROOF OF ALL THINGS!! THANK GOD FOR CARFAX BECAUSE LOOKING AT IT YOU WOULD NEVER KNOW IT HAD BEEN WRECKED!! Hamilton did promise to call me as soon as the next batch of my desired vehicle come in but IM NOT HOLDING MY BREATH!! If and that's a BIG IF AT THIS POINT he does in fact contact me I would prefer to work with someone who has MANNERS, COURTESY, RESPECT AND PROFESSIONALISM!!! More

I stopped in at Jim Ellis Hyundai to test drive a Hyundai Tucson one week ago. The receptionist directed me to Hamilton. He had an appointment coming up but did arrange for me to take a test drive. He took Tucson one week ago. The receptionist directed me to Hamilton. He had an appointment coming up but did arrange for me to take a test drive. He took all my contact info, including email and phone number. When I returned from the test drive he was in his appointment so I just asked him to call me later. Several hours later I called him and got his voicemail, where I left a message with my contact info again and stating I wanted to start the process of buying a Tucson. One week later I have yet to hear from him and have bought a car elsewhere. I am truly happy for him that he has so many sales that he can just let a sure thing walk away. More
