disappointing experience After getting no less than a dozen of BMW for my family friends and myself from this dealership, I decided to try a new brand and when i went to retur After getting no less than a dozen of BMW for my family friends and myself from this dealership, I decided to try a new brand and when i went to return my BMW to New Century before the lease ends, the financial manager (not the sales department) who knew me very well from dealing with me before, got agitated, angry and made it virtually impossible for me to return my car to him that day. He also "warned me" that its going to cost me A LOT if i don't fix certain things with the car first. I left the dealership with my car that he refused to take back. He said: "return your BMW to the people you just got your new car from". I was very disappointed with the little appreciation he showed me for all the past business I gave to his dealership. needless to say that I will never go back and I will stop recommending this place to my friends and clients. The service department is good and I have no other problem with the dealership. More
