Brian Brooks Rocks I went into Chapman Ford Saturday with hopes of refinancing my 2018 Ford Fusion. I got there around 2 and was only there for a little over an hour, wh I went into Chapman Ford Saturday with hopes of refinancing my 2018 Ford Fusion. I got there around 2 and was only there for a little over an hour, which was amazing. Brian was very knowledgeable and filled me in on everything that was going on and pulled every string to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Hank in finance was very thorough and worked diligently to get us through the paperwork. Mike was very helpful in terms of the sales process. In summary, the entire buying process was very smooth from start to finish. I would encourage anyone in the market for a new car to visit Chapman first as they have a large inventory and a knowledgeable staff. More
