Hank Carpenter is a true professional who goes above and beyond to ensure you will be completely happy and satisfied with your new car. We were having bad experiences with other Maserati dealerships and luckily discovered the Maserati dealership in Ft. Lauderdale. When visiting the other dealerships, we were amazed at how the car salespeople at these locations aggressively pushed only the cars on their lots.....it is understandable....however, when a customer knows exactly what they want, you would think that would be the salesperson's goal. Clearly, we were there to buy a car and the moment we met Hank, we knew he would find our car. Our car buying experience was perfect, as it should be. We love our new Maserati...we are still a little intimidated by this car as it has such a strong personality but we are growing into it. More

After being misled by other dealerships, Hank was straight to the point, honest and a pleasure to work with. He had all the paperwork ready to go when we arrived at the dealership. There was a recall on something on the car and he made sure it was taken of before we drove off with the car. In fact, we were not able to wait for the issue to be taken care of, so Hank actually drove the car to my house 30 miles away to personally deliver the car to my front door!! Talk about customer service!!! Our whole experience at this dealership was pleasurable. I love my new car and will for sure recommend this dealership to friends looking for a new car. Thank you so very much Hank!!! More
