I brought my vehicle in for routine warranty work, and they caused damage to my car while it was in their care. Mistakes can happen, but what happened afterward is what truly sets this dealership apart — and not in a good way. From the moment the incident occurred, communication has been terrible. Updates are minimal unless I reach out first, and even then the information is vague and unhelpful. Loaner vehicles were swapped out multiple times, causing unnecessary inconvenience to my family. To make matters worse, I sent a detailed email directly to the General Manager, and received no response whatsoever. That lack of acknowledgment says everything about the level of customer service here. At this point, it feels like the dealership is doing the bare minimum simply because they have to, not because they value their customers. There has been no ownership, no genuine effort to make things right, and no meaningful communication throughout this entire process. I would strongly caution anyone considering service at this location. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. More

I purchased a used vehicle from Len Stoler. I didn't put more than 2500 miles on the car with most of it being freeway driving. Suddenly, I hear a scraping noise in the driver rear wheel area. Long story short, I'm told my pads are worn down and it's metal on metal. ~$600 to replace rotors and pads on both rear wheels. The service manager would not cover the charge in any amount. His response was, "You bought the car as is". How can a good dealer sell a used car knowing that the brake pads are that low? Literally a hair over the minimum MD requirement--if it was even over the minimum when/if inspected. Ethical and smart dealers who care about your safety and want your repeated business would not sell a car in this condition. More
