How service should work! I dropped my car off within an hour of having an issue with my vehicle, and my warranty covered repairs and rental as it should. What goes beyond, is my my rental on my warranty calls for 1 week and the repair took 2 weeks and 4 days. Len Stoler waived the rental fee altogether. My warranty covered everything but my $200 deductible.. which otherwise would have been about $2400 in repairs... so it was a lot of work on my car, but my car runs like a champ and I will continue buying from them. I'm on car 3 after 14 years with them, and will be a customer for life. More

Went in for oil change tire rotation and UConnect update they had my jeep for 3 hours and never updates the UConnect. Not happy about this at all.
