The whole purchase was done in an open and honest manner which is SO REFRESHING! Hannah is very knowledgeable of the RAV4 Prime features; I am fairly Toyota tech savvy but she is BEYOND. I really appreciated that no time was wasted in the transaction; Hannah remembered that I had a 2020 RAV4, so we covered only the necessary info and the enhanced features. Even though I'm in NJ, The experience was so good that I would consider driving 200+ miles and buying another car from Hannah and White River Toyota Note: Jason, being my first contact with White River Toyota was awesome too. He was responsive and gave me a truthful timeline for the car (no matter how much it hurt). More
