They had an online price for a Palisade that beat the best offer from all other dealers by more than $1000 (after haggling with the other dealers and showing them D'Arcy's price). The other dealer I was talking to tried to scare me away by saying D'Arcy will tack on items once they get me in the door. That made me nervous based on my experiences with dealers in the past. Hannah assured me over the phone and email that the price online is what I'll pay with no hidden add-ons or fees. She was right, the price I was quoted over email is the price I paid. They didn't try to pressure me with anything once I showed up. It was a pleasure working with the staff at D'Arcy and reassuring that a car dealer can operate honestly instead of using scare and pressure tactics on their customers. More
